PFLAG Gold Beach/Curry County has some social events each year.

    Annual Events

June  – Picnic in Gold Beach.

August – Picnic at Arch Rock (located between Brookings and Gold Beach).

October – Halloween Party.

Previous Events

February 22, 2014 – Bowling in Brookings at Azalea Bowl  410 Oak Street   Brookings, Oregon    541-469-4244     Time:  NOON – ???      Cost:  $2.75/game/person + $2.50 shoe rental     Come meet other PFLAG members even if you don’t bowl.                                  Any questions?  email pflaggb@gmail.com  or call 541-933-5412

April 12, 2014 – Bowling Party Deuce!  We had so much fun the first time, we’re doing it again! Where:  Azalea Bowl, 410 Oak Street, Brookings, OR

May 24          Azalea Festival Parade.   PFLAG will have a float in this year’s parade.

June 21         Picnic in Gold Beach at the Buffington Park Pavilion from noon to 4:00. 

July 26          Curry County Fair Grand Parade.    PFLAG will have a float in this year’s parade.   We were awarded the Third Place ribbon!!

August 2     Picnic at Arch Rock (milepost 234)  between Brookings and Gold Beach.

September 13   Poker Tournament Fundraiser, 6:00 p.m.  Our chapter earned $300!!

October 31     Second Annual Halloween Party, 7:00 – 11:00, Chetco Activity Center, Brookings.  Prizes, music, food, and fun!  All in a safe and sober atmosphere.

  1. So many fun things to do. Please like PNW PFLAG and Skagit PFLAG… it is great to see us all connected. Many of us love to vacation on the Oregon Coast!
